SERENDIPIT Consulting was started, in 2008, by the female power duo of Alexis Krisay and Melissa DiGianfilippo. Since being hired in 2014, I’ve wanted nothing more than to help leave my mark on SERENDIPiT. In late 2017 I did just that, by rebranding the entire agency.
What started off as a fun reimagining passionate project, was soon green-lit by the agency owners to rebrand the agency before its 10 year anniversary mark.
After over 20 years in the military, my brother was able to retire and was looking for the next chapter of his life. When he threw out the idea of possibly opening up a food truck, of course I jumped at the opportunity to help his vision become reality. Upon his wife’s military retirement, they plan on opening up a small stand to start out with.
“El Barrio” means the neighborhood, for the bilingually impaired.
An internal contest was held, within SERENDIPiT Consulting, to rebrand a potential client that we would like to work with. Wanting to help make Flagstaff, AZ a year round destination, I rebranded the city with the promise for new memories, adventures, and relaxation.

In August 2016, Modern Acupuncture - the world’s first acupuncture franchise - was being founded. One month later, Modern Acupuncture named Serendipit as its agency of record to help with brand development, franchise and consumer marketing, public relations and more.
After 2 years, CEO Matt Hale felt it was time for a brand refresh. We wanted to face the stigma of acupuncture and needles head on, and felt a new look along with a new campaign was the best way to get the message out.
